Olaf ich komme ❤️

A little bit of a reverse work in progress of both the painting and the sculpting of my latest piece: Tsuchykaa, First Scion of the Everqueen. You will be able to enjoy this process soon at @miniatureart_academy

The last step here includes preparing and adding the cherry blossoms, which is a tedious process that revolves around taking apart @gamersgrass cherry blossom tufts, and separating the flower from the leftover plastic hairs one by one. After that, selecting the perfect size and shape of little branches of sea foam tree, painting them manually, and glueing the petals, to finish of by cutting any sharp almost microscopic branch of said sea foam try with a precision scissor.

Painting wise, adding final levels of detail is always welcome and never ending.

With my magnifying goggles I took 7 days to add detail inside of the detail. Subdividing areas of detail this way was a first timer for me. Oddly satisfying.

The value and tone is right were I want it. And the bark has the right sensation. Time to put the goggles on. The arm is still not glued on to render several areas.

First sketch and refinement on the metal. I wanted to go for a way subtle yet nuanced reflective surface. The key here was adding the cherry blossom reflections and interactions way before actually adding them. I always enjoy reflecting surfaces.

First proper picture taken. Definition is still lacking and I was trying to get the right sensation for the bark. The main highlight here is adding breakages on it in order to add material differentiation. My friend @thibaut.rahm told me that this is an actual technique in Bonsai called Shari, which relies on removing the bark to generate scars on the tree in order to generate value and material differentiation.

Second session of sketching, you can see at least a little bit of definition and placement of values on materials. I wasn’t brave enough to take proper pictures.

First session of color. Using different approach than my normal one priming in black, I covered the mini with a bright grey primer from tamiya as recommended by my friend @andywardle_artwork instead of black made me use color and base coats in a different way. I just

Throwback. 2 years ago. I was having difficulty with the idea that I deserved kindness and gentleness. I wasn't getting much of that. I'm still struggling with that concept. Can you relate?

После такой вечеринки нужен чилл с маской на лице от @skintimesu и Том Ям из @kytaigorod 🤭🤣

72 years. One cycle. 10 days left.
The first Samhain in 72 years with Venus and Mercury both retrograde has already passed.
November 13th is the release.
You are the first in your lineage to break the curse.

Chasing is what a woman does when her body doesn't feel safe.
No amount of giving love, excuses, effort can break this loop.
Only a nervous system being taught how true love FEELS.

The witch casting spells to bind a mediocre man.
The priestess asking the tarot where this is going, instead of asking to reveal her greatest gift.
The seductress working hard to earn a love she was born owed.

People pleasing, overgiving, earning love.
Trauma Response.

72 years of women running this loop before you.
October 31st closed the 8 year chapter.
November 13 closing 72 years of evolution who a woman becomes when she is chosen love in overflow.
You are the first woman in your line to hold this ending.

Kali Maa does not tidy your relationships.
She kills your ego, the old outgrown identity.
This is not ‘What are we?’
This is ‘Who am I becoming?’
And she will teach you how.

10 days until November 13th.
You cannot talk your way out of the people pleaser.
You can rewire it.

Comment KALIMA. The complete Scorpio season guide, straight through December. The Samhain Kali ritual, still potent.

The ritual series and somatic work for the 10 days you actually have left to break the curse and for the entire rest of Scorpio Season to install who you are becoming with safety and ease.

No more chasing. Chosen.
Comment KALIMA.

This man needs to stop interrupting me 🤪😂
