Final verdict-
Messy but SOOOOOO GOOOOD😋🤤

-Whisk 1 egg with a bit of garlic paste and pepper
-Place in a buttered pan and cook to fit on sandwich
-Cook 3 strips of bacon, leave grease in pan
-Butter one side each of 2 slices of sourdough bread
-Place 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese on each non-buttered side of bread
-Mix 1 tbsp BBQ sauce and 1 tbsp Light Mayo(it’s all I got😆) and spread on top of cheese slices
-Brake bacon strips in half and place pieces on top of cheese slices
-Place egg on top of one side of sandwich, and put other side on top
-Cook sandwich in bacon grease

It may be messy to make and eat, but it is really good. A delicious and artery clogging way to start your day.🤣
