You know I've been feeling a bit down, lately. So what I am doing, little by little, to climb back up, is to find joy in non-performative things. Or less performative things. Anything that is not getting ready, in front of a camera, or things I have to sell, really. One of the ways I find joy and comfort through hard days, is baking. And over the last few months, the spark of enthusiasm has dimmed, even for this. I see a recipe and it does not really make me want to go through the effort to make it. So I need your help. And yes, this is also to keep engagement up, especially since I have had issues programming reels, so when I want to relax a bit and program posts, they need to be carousels and they need a bit of help. Let me know ❤ your favourite sweet recipe❤. Something that can be made at home. If possible, with ingredients that can be found in autumn 🍁(fresh strawberries or that special cottage cheese that exists only in that Cornwall town unfortunately are out of reach). Let me know why you like it, and if you have a special video or blog you have followed, send it in a message. I hope a bit of your enthusiasm for these will fuel my own, at least a bit. The fairy in these pictures has actually cast a spell on this post: thou shalt not talk about the evil calories or low carb, high protein or anything like, in this post comments 🪄 #fairydress #fantasyfashion #costumedesign #historicalsewing #18thcenturysewing

🎬 CHARACTER CAST | The Right Move | Windy City Series CASTING COMMITTEE, WE’RE BACK IN CHICAGO!! 🏀🤎 Can we PLEASE talk about Ryan freaking Shay?! Because Liz Tomforde had absolutely no business creating this man. 😂 I fell HARD for this book. Ryan is quiet confidence, a little grumpy, ridiculously protective, and the kind of man who shows you how much he loves you. And Indy?! Funny, chaotic, a hopeless romantic, and exactly what Ryan didn’t know he needed. The way these two become each other’s safe place?! UGH. MY HEART. Now let’s talk about this cast because I HAVE THOUGHTS!! Jesse Williams as Ryan?! JACKSON AVERY. Do I even need to explain myself?! 😂 The moment I started reading, Jesse was Ryan Shay in my head. The confidence, the way he loves his people so fiercely, and THOSE EYES?! And Jesse and Kat Graham as Ryan and Stevie?! AS SIBLINGS?! YES PLEASE. Shantel VanSanten as Indy?! UGH. I’ve loved her since One Tree Hill! She came in after we’d said goodbye to major cast members and somehow made us fall in love with Quinn. Dorky, adorable, a little awkward, with the biggest heart. THAT is my Indy. And she can bring the sass, heartbreak, and chemistry?! COME ON. 😂 And yes, I tend to age my characters up! Liz gives them so much emotional depth and maturity that picturing them a little older just feels more believable to me. Now, Casting Committee, do you see my vision, or did you cast Ryan and Indy differently?! 👀 More Chicago to come. 🤭 ✧ the right move ✧ liz tomforde ✧ windy city series ✧ ryan shay ✧ indy ivers ✧ romance books ✧ book fancast ✧ character casting ✧ #therightmove #liztomforde #windycityseries #bookstagram #ryanshay
