⭐️ a huge (and very overdue) PR haul ⭐️

one of the questions i get asked the most is “how do you get on PR lists?” so here are a few things that actually helped me:

• make your instagram easy for brands to find - public profile, clear bio, email in bio + consistent content
• tag the brands you’re already using (especially when the product naturally fits into your content!!)
• keep creating even when you’re not being paid or sent anything
• make your content look like the kind of content you’d want a brand to hire you for
• don’t feel like you need a huge following - brands care about your content, audience + and overall vibe on camera
• stay consistent!!!!! a lot of opportunities come from brands finding you, not the other way around

you don’t need to cold pitch 100 brands a week to start getting PR- focus on creating and the brands you love will find you🩵
