I do this once and dinner is handled for weeks ❄️🍗

💬 Comment “FREEZER” and I’ll send you the list and recipes!

One grocery trip, one prep session, and 8 affordable chicken freezer meals ready to dump in the crockpot. No thawing needed, so dinner goes from freezer to slow cooker in the morning and is ready when you get home. Your future self will thank you!

I made a free printable shopping list so you can buy everything at once and prep it all in one go. 🛒

Man, Jason Weaver might’ve just upset a LOT of people with this one! 😳👀

Joe Jackson helped raise one of the greatest musical families EVER, but his parenting methods have always been controversial.

Jason believes Joe did the best he could as a Black father in that era, even if it meant a few tears along the way.

But here’s the question… does raising successful children justify being a harsh parent? Or did Joe take things too far? 💯

What does it mean to show up for someone?

Sometimes it’s a friend who stays on the phone. A teacher who notices something is off. A counselor, mentor or parent who knows when to listen. And sometimes, it’s a community coming together to make sure more young people have somewhere to turn.
Last night, Founder @selenagomez hosted the 4th annual Rare Impact Fund Benefit to celebrate the people and organizations doing exactly that.

We are proud to support the Rare Impact Fund through our commitment to donate 1% of sales to the Fund, helping advance its work alongside 30 nonprofit partners across five continents Preaching more than 3.5 million young people each year.

A special thank you to our sponsors - @ultabeauty @pacsun @lululemon @afterpayusa @batchandbox @disney @uclahealth @beis @fabitfun @tajinusa @diageo @paradisespringswinery @alaskaair @daveshotchicken- for making this night possible, and to @seanhayes @itsbellakayyy @leonbridges @rae.sada for sharing their time and talent with us.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to show up for young people around the world.

We all need someone. We can all be that someone.❤️
