CABBAGE DETOX SOUP 🥬🍲 (RECIPE BELOW!!)

Who’s ready for soup season?! 🍂🥣

| Serves 6

Ingredients:

1 tbsp avocado oil
1 medium white onion, diced
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
4 cloves garlic or 1 tbsp garlic paste
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
6 cups chicken bone broth
1 tbsp chicken bouillon (adjust to taste)
1 medium green cabbage, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

1️⃣ Heat avocado oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until softened.

2️⃣ Add garlic paste and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

3️⃣ Stir in diced tomatoes, chicken bone broth, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

4️⃣ Add chopped cabbage and bring everything to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes, until the cabbage and vegetables are tender.

5️⃣ Stir in shredded chicken and simmer for another 5 minutes until heated through.

6️⃣ Finish with fresh parsley, taste, and adjust seasonings as needed. 🍲

7️⃣ Ladle into bowls and ENJOY! ❤️

Are you adding anything extra to your bowl? 🥣

Chandraghanta, the third form of Goddess Durga, represents courage, strength, and fearlessness, symbolised by the crescent moon on her forehead.

For this look, I took inspiration from the crescent moon and the zodiac signs, connecting her divine energy with the mysteries of the moon, stars, and universe.

Just like the moon moves through different phases, life has its own phases too. Some teach us patience, some bring challenges, and others help us grow.

Because we may not always control what life brings, but we can choose how we face it.

Finding strength in every phase. 🌙✨

Dear Friends,
On a rare occasion I sometimes come out of the cupboard - dust myself down and warm up my vocal chords!
This past Saturday gave me a chance to do just that, at a wonderful fund raising event for @hopethemission & @thelamission - co-ordinated by Dave Grohl and Jordyn Blum at Chaplin Studios..
Love and appreciation to EVERYONE who took part in this very special evening!!!

Okay, Nike! 🐍👀

Forget hiding it. They’re straight up showing us now.

Guys, this isn’t a blurry video where you have to squint.

This is a Nike commercial that deliberately gave Caitlin Clark reptilian-looking eyes. Then did it AGAIN at the end. 👁️🦎

Yes, I know. “Black Mamba.”

And if you’ve followed me for a while, you already know why my inbox is blowing up. 😂

We’ve talked a lot about symbolism hiding in plain sight.

Something gets put right in front of you, packaged as entertainment, and you get to decide what to make of it.

If you’ve been watching my reptilian content and wondering where to start, I put together a whole rabbit hole for you. 😂🦎

My Reptilian Bundle includes 7 videos and over 6 HOURS of uncensored content for $11.11.

We get into:

🐊 reptilian shapeshifters
👑 the fall of the Royal Reptilian Family
🧬 starseed hybrid DNA activations
🛡️ protection and discernment

This is where we go WAY deeper. 👽

Comment REPTILE or 🦎 and I’ll send you the link to get the bundle.
