September hopefuls ✨️
Life has just got so busy, and I won't lie, 2026 has not been my year. I'm not one to wish away time, but I am a little glad we're on the home stretch now.
With that said, some exciting things are coming, and I'm officially moving house next month!! I'm also off to a wedding in November and already have some cute autumnal things in the diary with friends, so I'm hoping this means things are looking up!
I'm also so excited for this month's selection of potential reads. I started September with a bit of an Odyssey hangover and needed to satisfy my craving for a feminist Greek mythology retelling, so naturally Elektra had to be the first book I picked up.
September is also the month for fantasy and my biggest anticipated releases including The Knave and the Moon, Paladin's Grace and the one and only B.K. Borison.
And, most importantly, I'm really excited to be back here. I've missed my little corner of Bookstagram and all of you bookish people. 🤍

I’m currently reading Half City by Kate Golden and watching season 5 of the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives hehe 🫶 Good luck with moving houses! That’s so exciting!
