ROMANS 8:18
The “return to sport” road is long, and the patience is thin. I was discharged late Friday afternoon from the hospital, and so begins my return to sport journey. I’m not sure why it’s been such a long medically eventful summer or what God has in store for me, but I pray this trial strengthens my faith. A friend from UNH wrote me a card during my hospital stay saying “God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers.” It was a reminder that God is still good through these trials and that he will sustain me through it all. I hope to share my journey with you as I start a new chapter in my life, thank you for your encouragement!
