Random life updates and random thoughts:
1. TAAN successfully got through the official opening week with a 4-hr waitlist. Still pinching ourselves.
2. In @ricotaquito style, we finally got a phone off of FB Marketplace, albeit a rotary one. It receives calls, does not take messages, and we are still trying to figure out how to dial out. Thank you for your patience.
3. I’m finally caught up on sleep and feel like a brand new person. I love my bed.
4. I still really suck at getting back to messages. Please do not feel bad double messaging me.
5. On my days off, I love ordering from @maharajindiangrillchicago . They have the best goat curry. This is my 6th order this month. Zero regrets.
6. New menu in the works.
7. People need to eat more rice at TAAN.

9. Just learning now that some people are really triggered by the word, “woman-owned”. Like, what?! Probably the same ones who listen to Ed Sheeran
