The Cauldron is easily one of my favorite dive sites! 🌊
While it’s famous for The Shotgun—where the current really picks up—there is so much more to this underwater paradise than just the rush.
What makes it truly special is the incredible variety of landscapes packed into a single dive:
🪸 Vibrant Coral Gardens: Home to thousands of energetic damselfish.
🦈 Sandy Bottoms: Stretched white sand where you can spot hundreds of garden eels, stingrays, and sharks resting.
🐙 Rocky Formations: The perfect hideout for curious octopuses.
🌋 The Cauldron: Impressive, towering walls that take your breath away.
🌊 The Drift: Full of big pelagic surprises like mantas, devil rays, and barracudas.
🐢 The Finale: Ending in a stunning shallow reef with massive table corals, pulsing Xenia gardens, swarms of reef fish, and resident sea turtles.
