🇮🇸 The end of our van trip around Iceland. Time flew by… And just as the trip was coming to an end, I found out that I was nominated for Best IRL Streamer! That’s so crazy! 🥹

I’m staying a lil longer in the capital, but sadly without the RV and my dearest friend Giulia 🫂

What a magical place Iceland is… Just look at Diamond Beach! 🧊

Tak, fordi I var med os i aften 👏 🖤❤️

The UK has some place names that sound like somebody was naming the country specifically for a group chat. From Cockermouth and Penistone to Shitterton and Twatt, these are real British place names that somehow made it onto the map and survived for centuries. Some of them are completely innocent historically — their modern meanings just changed over time, turning an ordinary road trip into something that looks absolutely ridiculous today. Get in the car. There’s no time to explain. We’re going to Twatt.

for every shit thing happening on socials right now, never stop taking up space in the gym! ✨

here’s to target your shoulders to take up even more space:
shoulders press 3 x 8-10,8-10,10-12 reps
seated lateral raises 3 x 8-10,8-10,12-15 reps
cuffed lateral raises 3 x 8-10,8-10,10-12 reps
rear delt fly 2 x 8-10,10-12 reps

Last time i was in Busan, South Korea 🇰🇷, was back in 2008 for Muaythai World Championship 🏆
I had 5 fights in 7 days and in finals fought Joanna Jedrzejczyk 👊
Now 18 years later I am here again ❤️ Good memories from Busan ! 💫
