We stopped relying on willpower for healthy eating. We did this instead. My Ami Jan has one rule: There will ALWAYS be a healthy option ready in the fridge. Not hidden. Not complicated. Just there. This protein-packed lentil and bean salad has become our family’s fat loss cheat code. When someone wants to snack, they don’t have to fight a craving. They just open the fridge. It’s full of plant-based protein and fibre, with chopped veggies, lemon, garlic and pudina for gut health and flavour. We eat a small bowl 30 mins before our main meals and our portion control takes care of itself. This is what they don’t teach you about discipline. Discipline is not about saying NO all day. It’s about setting up your home so YES is easy. And let’s be honest..in most homes, it’s the mother who is quietly doing this work. She is the backbone, the first nutrition coach, the one who decides what health looks like for the next generation. If you want to transform your family, empower the woman who runs the kitchen. Healthy families aren’t built on motivation. They’re built on systems mothers create. Would you try this 10-minute fridge salad? Share this with a mother who deserves credit for keeping her family healthy. #healthyfamilymeals #fatlosstips #intermittentfastingmeals #disciplineovermotivation #transformationjourney
Daddy…I miss you so much. I wish that you were still here. To fulfill the rest of your dreams, to see your kids grow up, to release more music for your loving fans, to have many more laughs with those you loved and cared about. I miss your voicemails and your sweet text messages. The way you’d make me feel more relieved when I was worried about something. The times when I’m sick and just want to hear you tell me everything’s going to be ok. The security of knowing you’re the one man that would do anything to protect me. There’s so much more to say about how unfair it is that our journey got cut short. I just love you so much. I’ll see you again one day and I hope I’m making you proud. ❤️‍🩹 some thoughts 1 year later…💌 💌
Kasus ini bermula pada Juni 2026 lalu. Salah satu mantan anggota KMY, inisial S (65), membuka warung kelontong lagi, namun melanggar aturan mengenai jarak minimal antarwarung milik warga Madura, yakni 300 meter.
