VIDEO OUT NOW! | STRAW 林水草 — “PULANG” ALBUM UNBOXING The unboxing video is officially out now! I’m really happy to finally share my Straw 林水草 “Pulang” physical album and merchandise collection with you all. Honestly, discovering Straw’s music has been a very fresh and new experience for me. As an artist coming from a Hip-Hop background, this project gave me a completely different perspective on music, culture and storytelling. This is officially becoming one of my favourite album sets in my non-Hip-Hop collection. Thank you, Straw, for creating something so beautiful and for inspiring me in my own music journey. 🚨 𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐙 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 🔴✋🏼 “Following everything that has been said about my comments yesterday, I want to share some thoughts on what I said and how I feel”. “After the match, I spoke out of anger and frustration at not getting the result we all wanted”. “Those who know me know how I live football, with passion, commitment and a huge desire to win”. “And when things don’t go our way, it hurts, especially when representing a club with the history and stature of Manchester United”. “My words reflect how I feel and how much I want to see this club competing for the biggest honours. Those high standards are part of how I see football and the responsibility that comes with wearing this shirt”. “When I talk about wanting more I’m talking about the ambition we must all have as part of this club”. “To keep growing, to become stronger and to have everything we need to compete at the highest level. These are standards we must all hold ourselves to, starting with me”. “I know that, first and foremost, it’s us, the players, who have to deliver, and I put myself at the front of that responsibility”. “We need to demand even more of ourselves and also work together to take Manchester United back to the top”. “I believe in my teammates, our manager, everyone working to help this club move forward. I’m convinced that the way forward is to keep working together, with ambition and commitment”. “My goal has been the same since day one, to win, to compete at the highest level, to give everything I have for this badge”.

Women experiencing insomnia during perimenopause and menopause often ask me: “Why am I still not sleeping, even on hormone therapy?” The hot flashes may be better. The night sweats may be gone. But you’re still staring at the ceiling at 3 a.m. and dragging yourself through the next day. That deserves a closer look. Hormone therapy can help when hot flashes disrupt sleep, but it doesn’t necessarily resolve every sleep problem. Persistent insomnia and overlooked sleep apnea may need their own evaluation and treatment. In my latest Substack, I break down what the evidence says about hormone therapy, progesterone, and cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), a treatment with strong evidence that many women have never been offered. You deserve more than being told that poor sleep is just part of getting older. You deserve someone who asks what’s keeping you awake and takes the answer seriously. ✨Comment SUBSTACK and I’ll send you the full article. #menopause #midlife #sleep #insomnia #hormonehealth
Took an absolutely magical road trip this week and saw sooo many of the sites of the Northeastern AZ border with Utah.😍 North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend (wild how close you can get to that 🫣), the Vermillion Cliffs, Antelope Canyon area, Cliff Dwellers, Glen Canyon Dam…one of the most beautiful and unique areas of the country I have ever laid eyes on! 🥹💫🏜️ ….of course I hit a flex at most of them. Saved em in the SWIPE.😝💪🏻 #familylove❤️ #roadtrippin #northernarizona #horseshoebend #vermillioncliffs
