My Vinayaka 🙏😊💕

Hand-shaped in @crayola air-dry clay and painted by hand using @miyaarts gouache colors, then carefully sealed with varnish, this Vinayaka is my interpretation inspired by the beautiful traditional art of Andhra Pradesh — Etikoppaka — created with love and devotion. 🙏

From shaping the clay and painting every detail of Vinayaka to creating the traditional Palavelli and each element of the décor, this piece has been a journey of learning, experimenting, and, above all, enjoying the beautiful process of creating by hand. Vinayaka has always been my favorite God, and Vinayaka Chavithi holds such a special place in my heart. Every year, the festival brings back so many childhood memories — the excitement and the feeling of being a child again.

And while preparing the prasadam, it almost feels like I am cooking for my own little baby. ❤️

So honored to be able to explore and create through this wonderful art form, and grateful for the opportunity to pay homage to such a beautiful tradition. 🪷

Presenting my Ganesh Chaturthi special artwork — Bappa in my folk art style, painted with so much love, colors and bhakti.
This artwork is extra special because it’s part of a beautiful festive art collaboration hosted by

So grateful to collaborate with a wonderful group of talented artists and celebrate Bappa together through our art.

I pray that Vignaharta removes all obstacles from your path and fills your home with wisdom, happiness and modak-filled sweetness.

Thank you for always loving my festive series and supporting my art journey.
