i’m giselle — master lash artist, MLCO academy educator + studio manager at @madisonleighco

i recently celebrated my 8-year lash-iversary (still can’t believe it), & i’ve been here at MLCO since the very beginning of my beauty career ♡

fun fact: i’ve actually been getting my own lashes done for 10 years (crazy, right?)—i originally fell in love with lashes because of madison & getting to be one of her practice dummies back in the early days, when she was just a baby lash artist. oh, how time flies!

after being a client for a few years, that turned into the inspiration to learn, a mentorship from madison herself & building a clientele i absolutely adore. then came the opportunity to become an educator alongside her & manage the studio where it all started 🧚🏻‍♂️

eight years later, i am so proud to say that i have my dream career—from managing the dreamiest studio + loving the girls i work alongside every day, to creating custom sets + obsessing over alllll the tiny details (if you’ve met me, you know i’m a next-level perfectionist). butttt, the relationships i’ve built & connections i’ve made will always be my favorite part ♡

outside of MLCO, i’m a dog mom to a mini aussie named suki, a newlywed, and—since my husband & i just bought our first home (yay!)—a wannabe DIY + home-renovation enthusiast
