Hi, loves! It's been a while since I've shown my face on here and introduced myself... ⚡️ I'm Madison, a hands-on artist who also operates a 6-figure lash studio in Simi Valley, California. ⚡️ I teach other women (just like you) how to find financial independence through the beauty industry. You deserve to be in a role that is committed to your growth, that leaves you fulfilled, and that you're excited to wake up for every single day. And I'm ready to show you how. ♡ by @madisonleighco

let’s talk about korean lash lifts 🤎 if you’ve had a traditional lash lift before, you might be wondering what makes a korean lash lift different. the biggest difference you’ll notice is really in the technique & how much we can customize the process to your natural lashes. with a traditional keratin lash lift, your lashes are typically wrapped around a silicone shield to create that lifted, curled effect. korean lash lifts take a slightly different approach, using a different lash-setting technique that gives us more control over how the lashes are positioned before creating the final lift. we’re looking at your natural lash length, the direction your lashes grow, your eye shape & whether you want something soft & natural or a little more lifted & noticeable. because not everyone wants the same result, & not everyone’s natural lashes behave the same way! the goal is still the same: making your natural lashes look longer, lifted & more noticeable without needing mascara or extensions. & one of our favorite things about this technique is how much we can personalize the result to YOU 🫶🏻 not sure which lash lift is right for you? send us a message! we’d love to help you figure it out 🤎 #koreanlashlift #simivalleylashes #venturacountykoreanlashlift by @madisonleighco
for 10 years, this business has been my everything. i was always thinking about work, the next idea, the next goal, what i wanted to change… & then i became a mom obviously i knew my life was going to change, but i don’t think i realized how much the way i felt about work would change too for a while i genuinely felt like i lost my spark. things i used to be SO excited about suddenly felt overwhelming & i felt guilty because i still loved my business & everything i had built so much the funny thing is, coming back to take clients was one of the first things that made me feel like myself again. being in the studio, doing lashes, seeing my clients & being around my girls reminded me how much i still loved what i do it was everything else that felt hard. social media, content, messages, managing a team, making decisions, thinking about numbers, figuring out what was next… all the things that used to constantly run through my brain suddenly felt SO overwhelming i realized i didn’t lose my love for my business. i just didn’t have the same amount of space in my brain to give every single part of it anymore when i was working, i felt guilty i wasn’t with my baby. when i was home, i felt guilty i wasn’t working. it constantly felt like whatever i was doing, i should probably be doing the other thing & for a while i kept waiting to feel like the “old me” again. the version of me who had all the time & energy in the world to give to my business but i’m finally realizing i don’t really want to go back to being her i still LOVE what i’ve built & i still have a million ideas of things i want to do. my priorities are just different now. my time looks different. my boundaries look different. & the way i run & grow my business is going to look different too i’ve been a little quieter over here while figuring all of that out, but lately i finally feel excited about work again. not because i’m getting the old me back, but because i’m finally figuring out who this version of me is ☁️✨ by @madisonleighco
MEET YOUR ARTIST ☆⁣⁣ i’m giselle — master lash artist, MLCO academy educator + studio manager at @madisonleighco i recently celebrated my 8-year lash-iversary (still can’t believe it), & i’ve been here at MLCO since the very beginning of my beauty career ♡ fun fact: i’ve actually been getting my own lashes done for 10 years (crazy, right?)—i originally fell in love with lashes because of madison & getting to be one of her practice dummies back in the early days, when she was just a baby lash artist. oh, how time flies! after being a client for a few years, that turned into the inspiration to learn, a mentorship from madison herself & building a clientele i absolutely adore. then came the opportunity to become an educator alongside her & manage the studio where it all started 🧚🏻‍♂️ eight years later, i am so proud to say that i have my dream career—from managing the dreamiest studio + loving the girls i work alongside every day, to creating custom sets + obsessing over alllll the tiny details (if you’ve met me, you know i’m a next-level perfectionist). butttt, the relationships i’ve built & connections i’ve made will always be my favorite part ♡ outside of MLCO, i’m a dog mom to a mini aussie named suki, a newlywed, and—since my husband & i just bought our first home (yay!)—a wannabe DIY + home-renovation enthusiast whether you’ve been in my lash bed once or for many years, you’re a fellow beauty professional, or you’re brand new to my page, i’m so dang happy you’re here ♡ so, now that i’ve broken the ice, let’s officially meet—how’d you find your way to my page? ☆⁣⁣ by @madisonleighco

Hi everyone, I’m Emma!🫶🏻 Im the newest Madison Leigh Co. officially starting on the team back in February 🤍 I always knew I wanted to focus on lashes and brows, so I enrolled in esthetician school in 2024 and also took Madison’s lash course in classic + volume last June. I graduated school in November, got licensed in December, and was so excited to join MLCO a few months later! I’m super girly, love dressing up for work, and while I’m a homebody, I enjoy treating myself to little solo dates at the beach, movies, or a nice restaurant. I’m super thankful for everything in my life and the obstacles i’ve overcame to get where i am, and i can’t wait to keep growing with MLCO! by @madisonleighco
absolutely obsessed with brow laminations lately 🤍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ if you’ve never had one, it’s basically a little makeover for your brows—like brushing and setting them into place so they look fuller, smoother, and more even (but it actually lasts for weeks). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ we soften the hairs, brush them into your ideal shape, then set them in place. we’ll also clean them up and tint them if you want! it’s painless, takes about 30–45 mins, and gives you that “put together” feeling with zero effort in the morning. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ perfect for anyone with curly, messy, or uneven brows—or if you just want to feel more like you without filling them in every day. laminated brows usually last 6–8 weeks and make your mornings easier. brushed up, fluffy, and done 🫶🏻 by @madisonleighco
