Butterfly release loading.
They hand you an envelope with a butterfly folded inside and tell you to open it whenever you’re ready. Mine took her time. Then she climbed onto my hand and just stayed there, in the largest enclosed butterfly conservatory in the world, like she had nowhere else to be.
Neither did I.
Butterflies have been showing up in my life for years now, right when I need reminding what real transformation actually looks like. Slow. Unhurried. Nothing forced. It is the whole reason EMERGE, the framework underneath everything we do in the Sanctuary Circle, is built directly on butterfly biology.
That last picture of me is just what my face does when I remember exactly where I am supposed to be.
