💔 i cant imagine what Anu maam and kids must be going through, he was all about loving his family and making films non stop. When we shot Miranda brothers, he took me and Meezaan out for eating in goa all the time, i had never met a more happy man on and off set. Heart broken. #SanjayGupta

The stiff leg deadlift is the absolute king of erector thickness as it combines max loading with no leg drive , but body positioning also allows for pull to really focus on erectors vs an rdl which will see more glute and adductor ( and ham ) get loaded . In order of pulls if you want the thickest back possible S tier - stiff leg deadlift A tier - any Rdl variation B tier - any conventional barbell deadlift C tier - trap bar deadlifts D tier - rack pulls What’s your S tier ? ✨🖤 The woods have chosen… and November’s Book Club pick is about to consume us whole. 🖤✨ The Enchanted Vixens November Book Club Pick! The votes are in, the excitement is feral, and we’re beyond thrilled to announce that Hollow by Caroline Peckham & Susanne Valenti has officially been crowned our November Book Club Read! 👑📚🌲 Honestly? We could not be more excited. This book has been sitting on so many of our TBRs for what feels like forever, and if you’ve ever read anything by the Twisted Sisters before, you’ll understand why we’re all collectively losing our minds. Their books are addictive, emotional, chaotic, and impossible to stop thinking about. And the timing couldn’t be more perfect because Lightwing, book two in the series, releases in November, meaning if we all fall in love with this world (which let’s be honest, seems highly likely), we can dive straight into the sequel. ✨ 🌲 Why are we so excited? Imagine this... 🌑 A cursed forest. 👻 Scattered spirits. ⚔️ A deadly competition held once every fifty years. 🖤 A shadowy prince everyone fears. ✨ A heroine willing to risk everything to change her fate. Ferris Creed isn’t a warrior, a powerful fae, or some legendary champion. But when the Great Hunt begins, she enters a deadly forest filled with monsters, magic, and ancient curses to claim the one thing that could change her future forever. The only problem? A dangerously powerful prince seems determined to stand in her way... And honestly? That sounds exactly like the kind of emotional chaos we signed up for. 😌 November is shaping up to be an incredible month for The Enchanted Vixens, and I cannot wait to read, discuss, scream, theorise, and obsess over this one together. 🖤📚✨ So tell me — is Hollow on your TBR, and if you’ve read it already, should we be scared? 👀

🎃 happy Halloween /Kopps -26
There is only so much you can take. I’ll get into the mechanics and logistics at another time but the generally summary is: 1. I will keep my passport 2. I’ll be in Canada 5-6 months per year 3. My business will remain here and under my direction 4. I’ll pay one final departure tax 5. Most of my income will be low to no tax moving forward (legally, yes) I will never understand why some people don’t speak up about watching their country be plundered. Anyway, Happy Halloween everyone.
