Inter street starting off the term with a bang! In love with this choreography by @nataliehammonddance . I can’t wait to see what else this class is going to work on this term! #knightsacademyofdance

Sometimes people need more than a trainer.

Sometimes they need somebody to listen, somebody to push them, somebody to believe in them, or simply somebody to call a friend.

One thing I’ve learned through personal training is that it’s bigger than lifting weights. Hearing my clients tell me how training has helped them mentally, physically, and emotionally means more to me than any number on a scale.

People can assume whatever they want about the relationships I build with my clients, but my intentions have always been genuine. We work hard, we laugh, we have fun, and most importantly, we grow.

I’m not just here to transform bodies. I’m here to impact lives.

Transforming minds & bodies.

Staydown. 🖤

Amma still creates the same Navaratri magic… only the little girl who once lived in it has grown up, missing those days a little more every year 🪔❤
