Spreek elkaar op dit soort gedrag aan agenten, zelfs wanneer je weet dat je collega iets doet wat niet zuiver is. Een specifiek verhaal, tel in mijn linkerhand, licht schijnend op mijn hoofd, aan het einde van de staande houding nog even mijn modelnaam en merk vragen om erbij te kunnen zetten in het rapport. Erg benieuwd hoe ze dat vervolgens in het rapport gaan zetten. Iets wat in geen mogelijkheid een foute observatie had kunnen zijn. De opgefokte toon waarmee je iemand aanhoudt. Ik weet dat er echt veel toppers tussen zitten. Maar zolang je niet eerlijk tegen je collega's durft te zijn wanneer 't telt dan doe je dit niet om de juiste redenen. De andere agent die niets had gezien en vervolgens aangeeft "wij zijn ook maar mensen" als in van: wij kunnen ook fouten maken? Ehm.. wat bedoel je daar dan mee? Dat de "foute observatie van je collega" er gewoon bij hoort en ik vervolgens een maand boodschappen daarvoor moet op offeren? 400 euro kwijt voor mobiel vasthouden. Terwijl hij al 15 minuten lang duidelijk zichtbaar en lichtgevend aan mijn raam geplakt zit. Terwijl ik die 15 minuten lang aan het videobellen ben met mijn partner. Een inschattingsfout kan nog. Maar een specifieke en onmogelijke scenario omschrijven simpelweg omdat je de hoogst mogelijk boete wilt geven. (Althans dat is de enige motief die ik kan bedenken) Hoop dat de desbetreffende agenten trots zijn, op de boterhammen die nu niet in de monden van m'n gezin gaan.
