Mezcal I’ve got a soft spot for; it’s the only non-grape distillate I really adore. This Don Jerónimo Mezcal Vale Madre, a hand-carry shared by the deeply experienced @twistieb, was delicious; fruity, herbal, white peppery and a little smoky. I think she mentioned the agave variety used, but I don’t recall. I was blissed out!

“Do not mix” was an instruction to partygoers. It’s too good for that!
