At the beginning of every season, I sit down and design a focused cultural syllabus for the next few months.

I deeply believe it’s an important part of the cultivation of the mind and the spirit: To be an eternal student. To marvel at human creativity and ambition. To be moved, to feel a stirring in the neshama when seeing a particularly evocative piece of work. It pulls you off of technology and connects you to something greater, to the past and to the future.

So this season, I’m trying something new here and sharing what’s in my diary (with a kids’ program, too).

Comment SYLLABUS and I’ll send you the full list with links 🤍

Meet the man who is training me for almost 10 years, the one who is my real fitness Guru Amol Sir @amolsheramkar_ 😍
There were times when I was looking bloated, I was not in my best shape , I was suffering from anxiety , I wanted to give up but sir taught me that just trust my training and keep going , just be consistent you will eventually see results and YES I did !! Now when I inspire so many people around me to stay fit , it’s not just me it’s my sir who helped me achieve my goals. I just want to keep working hard to stay fit and become a better version of myself everyday ! Thank you sir for helping me and for being there with me throughout in my fitness journey 😍🙏
See you at the GYM 😜
