✨3 phases of weight loss: 1) 12-15# down with 7 months of “doing all the right things” (late March - late Oct 2025). 2) 12-15# with a GLP1 (late Oct 2025 - early Jan 2026) and lost basically only muscle... 👀 3) 36# DOWN without a GLP-1 ... Plus the GLOW UP of my life + total body recomposition with muscle and strength. (Jan - July 2026) ✨FRIENDS....
