He came into crypto as an investor rather than a builder, putting money into NFT and node projects. Somewhere in that process the idea surfaced that a beehive could work the same way, which became the concept they call hive as a node. Real bees producing on top, an IoT device underneath tracking everything, and the whole thing tokenized so the process is transparent. As he puts it, the rest is history.
