What does posing mean to me? . It’s a way of telling people a story without opening your mouth. It’s a way to show people how you’re feeling without speaking a word. It’s a way to express an emotion that you can’t quite put into words. . No matter where you are in your bodybuilding journey, posing is a form of art that allows us to show people a different side to ourselves that we might never be able to speak into existence or know how too. . When you pose, stick some headphones on and forget about the world for 5 minutes. Let yourself flow, and yes it might seem silly in the moment but it’ll help you find out how YOU want to pose. . @kazakh_inform⬅️✅
