Our favourite kind of content day
A look behind the scenes with Studio Meraki for a content day at CLOUDS.
The team spent the day in St Werburghs capturing a fresh library of video content for CLOUDS and Ah-Ma’s Handmade Dim Sum.
We followed a few favourites step by step, including their Beef Cheung Fun, Crispy Butterbean & Lotus Root Dumplings with Szechuan Mala Cream, the Pork & Ginger Dumplings from Ah-Ma’s market menu and, naturally, a little wine!
At the heart of it all was founders Luke and Anita Cheung. Their menu and cooking style is shaped by Anita’s upbringing, a childhood centred around food and a mother for whom feeding people was a love language.
Lots of food, lots of laughs and one very full camera roll!
