Exactly why I do #FullTransparencyAlways sharing my modeling journey transparently publicly because people should know what they’re getting themselves into with certain people & productions etc. If you don’t talk about the problem, it only repeats with a new face. I have the same mindset if someone doesn’t want to work with me because I advocate for better working conditions & pay, don’t gatekeep, and believe in diversity & representation than those aren’t people I’d want to work with anyway.

I think a lot of models don’t speak out because their agency would drop them. which would mean no work. and signing to another agency in your area if it’s small can be very hard. modeling is a dream for many

There has many instances were I unconsciously have felt like I shouldn’t post or let alone speak on something because there was an inkling in me that was afraid of not being booked or rather tarnishing whatever image I think casting already has of me.

Dalam keterangan resmi Kemenhaj, Dahnil menyebut pelayanan jemaah bisa didukung masyarakat dari berbagai latar belakang agama. “Nantinya, petugas-petugas haji dapat melibatkan saudara-saudara kita dari kalangan Kristen, Katolik, Buddha, Hindu, dan sebagainya,” ujarnya.
Dahnil juga mengaku sudah meminta jajaran terkait untuk mendorong keterlibatan kelompok agama lain dalam mendukung penyelenggaraan haji di Sulawesi Utara. Menurutnya, sikap saling menghormati bisa diwujudkan lewat kontribusi langsung untuk membantu sesama, termasuk mereka yang akan menjalankan ibadah haji.
Namun, gagasan ini belum disertai penjelasan soal jenis tugas, mekanisme perekrutan, maupun waktu penerapannya. Keterangan tersebut juga belum merinci apakah keterlibatan nonmuslim akan terbatas pada pelayanan di Indonesia atau mencakup penugasan ke Arab Saudi. Thoughts?💭
