Makoma House

The summer I opened Makoma House Wicker Park 🕊️

Opening a second location has been exciting, challenging, rewarding, overwhelming, and everything in between. I’m learning something new every single day, and I’m realizing that growth comes with a lot of growing pains too.

But through all of it, I keep coming back to how grateful I am. For the people who continue to show up, shop, share, tell a friend, stop in to say hi, and support Makoma House while I’m still learning and figuring out this new chapter.

Getting to celebrate our official ribbon cutting felt like such a special little milestone. So grateful for how far we’ve come, and even more excited for everything still ahead. 🤍
