The Tortue Monopoussoir from Cartier’s legendary CPCP collection has become a cult hero, so it makes sense that it was revived in 2024 after more than a decade out of production.
The previous version featured the celebrated calibre 045 MC, developed by Techniques Horlogères Appliquées, a workshop founded by Vianney Halter, Denis Flageollet and François-Paul Journe.
This current iteration houses the calibre 1928 MC, an interesting movement in its own right, with an original construction developed with Le Cercle des Horlogers.
Released in two variants in 2024, the revived Monopoussoir includes this yellow-gold example, one of just 200 pieces.
