Update on Messody’s sleep regression. Thank you @a.little.sleep for all your helpful advice. One of the things you said to me that I really liked was not to think about it as sleep regression but as sleep progression because as children grow their sleep habits change. #sleep #bedtime #sleepregression #momlife

John Rzeznik says success left him questioning whether people genuinely cared about him or simply valued what he could do for them. Looking back, he says the people who mattered most were the ones who were there before he had anything to offer.

Shared this with Patreon earlier and was guided to extend it here to the IG family.

It struck me along one of my park walks and I knew it was strangely meaningful. 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫/𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮.
‌
So let’s play!
‌
Tell us what you see. 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭. Don’t hold back. Maybe don’t even think too much. Describe it. Describe whatever comes to you or any of your senses. Maybe it gives you a particular feeling; or a specific song, verse or memory comes to mind. Maybe there’s an encouraging word in it for someone. (Hint: There is). There’s an answer in all of it. Trust it.…
‌
We play these games regularly in Patreon; alongside intuition-building exercises that are helpful for inner trust, God-trust, and utmost discernment. Most importantly, it’s fun. Fun awakens our magic, our craft, our soul, our knowing — simultaneously aligning us with PRESENCE, where everything exists and extends from.
‌
So let’s get into it. Take a moment to tap into what you see…and let it speak or sing or rap to you. 🗣️
‌
Spirit speaks through all things. The fun part is catching it.

A new mumu, a few necklaces from The RealReal, and suddenly I’m pulling out garnet earrings I bought in Prague years ago. Sometimes one piece is just waiting for its best friend. 😂

Do I want the contrast of red and green? How about a tonal moment? Or maybe the necklace will just turn the whole thing upside down.

Here’s the thing, it’s the exploration that counts. Here’s the other thing, you can experiment, make mistakes, find something you love, and at the end learn something new. Follow what makes you happy and give yourself permission to play.
