Weight PB!!
After almost a year with an official weight pb at 1740 g i’ve finally beaten it!
I was out on a short session after school targeting giant perch and again, i succeeded!
After about 30 minutes of fishing i made a far cast out in an open area and after a few retrieves in the middle of a spin stop, i got a really heavy bite. My drag began screaming and i immediately knew it was a giant.
After a hectic fight and a really risky landing, i finally got it up.
This beast measured 49 cm and 1760 g so just 20 g bigger than my last pb!
Now i’ve caught 11 perch over 47 cm in the last year and still haven’t managed to break the 2 kg mark, pretty frustrating, but i’m not gonna stop grinding!
