Tomorrow I’ll be joining S.U.B.I.E. — Speak Up Before It Escalates at the Community Resource Fair in Villa Rica, where I’ll have the opportunity to speak briefly as Vice President about something deeply connected to my own story: mental health, advocacy, and the importance of knowing you don’t have to navigate life alone. 💛
Through my own mental health journey and TISHwish, I’ve learned just how powerful it can be when we turn our experiences into connection, resources, kindness, and conversations that matter.
