Firstly I’d like to say thank you so much to @inaharringtonauthor and @rattlethestarspr for the opportunity to ARC read this book!🫶🏻

The SLOW BURN in this story was everything! Rose wanted Val badly, but even I thought he didn’t want her! lol. The banter between Rose and Val was had me giggling. I loved their characters. But truly I kept saying “just LOVE each other already!! It’s time!”

This was the perfect book to kick off spooky season based off the vibes of this book with the dark academia, magic, werewolves, death, and a lot of “what the hell is going on?” I truly didn’t figure out the ending or even know what was coming next! This book kept me on my toes and I devoured it!📚✨
