Man Reportedly Known for Yelling Slurs and Harassing Residents Over Parking and Noise Video submitted by a local resident shows a heated verbal confrontation involving a man outside his property. According to the person who submitted the footage, the man is known among nearby residents for allegedly yelling offensive slurs, swearing at women and children, and repeatedly harassing neighbors over parking and noise complaints. The resident stated that children were outside playing and listening to music when the man came out of his gate and began yelling.
