a month agoDear After keeping my vehicle at your dealership for 14 days, you provided me with replacement tires that are different from the original factory tires. Today, my wife came to pick up the vehicle, and after I inspected it myself, I unfortunately discovered that you have installed another type of tire on my vehicle, which is different both in model and tread pattern. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this matter has been handled. I purchased this vehicle only one month ago, and it has already spent 14 days at your dealership for service. It also took three days for you to provide me with a replacement vehicle. After all this time, the only issue was to replace a damaged tire, and unfortunately, this is what I received when my vehicle was returned to me. I respectfully request that you provide and install the same original tire model that was on my vehicle. I currently have three other tires of the original model, and the replacement tire should match them exactly. The original tires on my vehicle are Pirelli P ZERO, while the tire you provided as a replacement is a Pirelli Cinturato P7. These two tire models are clearly different in both design and tread pattern. If you are unable to provide the correct matching tire, I will have no choice but to pursue this matter through the appropriate legal and consumer-protection channels and exercise all of my rights as a customer. I also reserve my rights regarding returning the vehicle, as a vehicle that I purchased only one month ago has unfortunately become a source of significant inconvenience and disruption to my work and daily life. I am extremely, extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received. Please provide me with a written response as soon as possible and confirm how and when you will resolve this issue. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Amin Sarikhani
