This Member Spotlight features OpenRoad Auto, one of Canada's largest automotive groups representing some of the world’s most recognized automotive brands across British Columbia and Ontario. With a focus on exceptional customer experiences, OpenRoad dealerships offer new and pre-owned vehicles, automotive service, parts and collision repair, while supporting the communities they serve.

In Surrey and Langley, OpenRoad operates six dealerships that are proud SWRBOT members: Surrey Honda, OpenRoad Toyota Peace Arch, Mercedes-Benz Surrey, Porsche Centre Langley, BMW Langley, and Jaguar Land Rover Langley. Together, these dealerships offer a wide range of automotive brands and services to customers throughout the region, with special vehicle purchase perks also available to Surrey & White Rock Board of Trade members.

OpenRoad is also continuing to invest in Surrey through the new Surrey Auto Loop, a planned 16 acre automotive development in Newton that will bring multiple dealerships together in one location, including Surrey Honda and Mercedes Benz Surrey, while supporting new jobs, expanded automotive services and further economic activity. Beyond this investment, community involvement remains an important part of OpenRoad’s work through the OpenRoad Foundation, which supports initiatives focused on Environment, Education and Community Life.

The Surrey & White Rock Board of Trade is proud to feature OpenRoad Auto as a valued member and looks forward to highlighting its continued commitment to the communities where it works and lives.

What does a pro mountain biker look for in a vehicle? 🚵‍♂️🚙

For Yoann Barelli, it’s all about having a vehicle that fits his lifestyle.

With OpenRoad Toyota, we’re proud to keep Yoann equipped for the road, the ride, and everything in between.

HAUL FOR HOPE | This week, our team took to the tarmac at YVR to participate in @hopeair’s Haul for Hope, an unforgettable fundraiser that brought teams together in support of Canadians who need to travel for essential medical care.

A team of 11 @openroadca associates came together for the challenge of pulling a 67,000 lb aircraft 100 metres, all in support of Hope Air and its mission to help Canadians access essential medical care when distance stands in the way.

The day was a great reminder of what can happen when people come together for a shared purpose. Our associates brought plenty of energy to the tarmac, supported one another throughout the challenge and proudly represented the OpenRoad Foundation alongside other teams participating in the fundraiser.

Community involvement is a big part of what we at OpenRoad Foundation stands for, and events like Haul for Hope give our associates the opportunity to get directly involved while supporting organizations making a meaningful difference.

We’re proud to see our team getting involved, giving back and showing some serious strength along the way!

The Toyota Sequoia TRD Off-Road gives @yoannbarelli the space, capability, and confidence to get wherever the next ride begins.

Because the best adventures don't always start on the trail.

What does a pro mountain biker never leave home without? 🚵‍♂️

We caught up with Yoann Barelli to break down all the essentials he needs for a day on the trails, from the gear that keeps him riding to the must-haves that come along for every adventure.

And of course, having the right Toyota to carry it all is part of the setup. 🚙⛰️

Adventure starts long before the trailhead. 🚙🏔️

For @yoannbarelli, having the right vehicle means more time riding and less time worrying about getting there.

Whether it's a road trip, the trails, or the next big adventure, we're excited to be part of the journey.

48 countries. One Toyota FJ Cruiser. And one incredible adventure. 🌎🚙

Originally from Hong Kong, Jacky and his wife have been driving their way around the world in their FJ Cruiser — recently making their way across Canada, up to the Arctic Circle, and back.

Now, they’re heading south through the U.S. before continuing their journey across South America. 🇺🇸➡️🌎

When a small issue with their FJ Cruiser brought them to OpenRoad Toyota Richmond, our team was happy to help get them sorted and back on the road.

Because when your road trip is measured in countries, not kilometres, you need a Toyota that’s ready to keep going.

Safe travels, Jacky! We’ll be following along. 👋

Amy’s Mazda Moments | Episode 2

In this episode, Amy asks the team about the very first cars they owned. That first set of keys often holds a special story — a small glimpse into who we were when our journeys first began.
