Nobody gets into recording to do admin. So I built the admin part to feel like a game… and it’s finally in beta.

StudioLandCRM is a client outreach and follow-up tool for mixing engineers, producers and studio owners. Every artist you reach out to is a plant. When they reply it flowers, when they book it fruits, and when you owe someone a follow-up it droops (nobody in here is ever dead, just thirsty).

And since I hate the overwhelm from tools that have a zillion bells and whistles… It only ever shows you the one next thing to do.

You’ll never sit there sweating over where the f*** to even start.

The garden is just a visual representation of your actual clients/admin work. You earn tickets by actually doing the real-world work or outreach, follow-ups, content… and there’s no shortcut or micro transactions to get out of doing the important stuff.

The game only progresses when YOUR BUSINESS progresses.

I’m a mixing engineer with a late ADHD diagnosis and I built this because I’ve tried every other admin/productivity/CRM tool out there and I usually gave up after a week. Turns out I’m not the only one.
