Nahhh, these celebrities were NOT PLAYING this Halloween! 😭🔥🎃

Now that Halloween is over, we gotta give some flowers to the stars who pulled out all the stops with their costumes

Man, some of these outfits were way too accurate ! They really understood the assignment! 😂👏🏾

WHO Y’ALL THINK ATE THE MOST THIS YEAR?! 👀🔥

Today, no pump and on the way to Yoga😎

💔MY BEST PACKAGE. MY WORST PLACEMENT

🥹 This is the side of competing I ALMOST DIDNT SHARE…

👉🏻 You’ve seen my wins, my happiest moments. But what about the losses? Especially the ones hardest to understand?

Last weekend, I stepped on stage with what my coach and I believed was my BEST package yet. Conditioning, posing, presentation—we brought EVERYTHING we’d worked for. Expectations were high.

And I placed 10th. TENTH.

😳 I’d be lying if I said it didn’t hurt. It did. A LOT.

But here’s what this experience is teaching me…

You can do EVERYTHING right, give EVERYTHING you’ve got, and STILL not get the outcome you hoped for.

That’s the reality of a subjective sport. You control your preparation, not the final decision.

And you CANNOT let that define your worth.

I’m still processing this one, but something else happened…

IT LIT A FIRE IN ME THAT CANNOT BE PUT OUT. 🔥

Because winning feels incredible, but losses REVEAL who we are.

Do we shrink? Give up? Or rise stronger and become a force that CANNOT be ignored?

A placement doesn’t define me. WHAT I DO NEXT WILL.

And through it all, the biggest highlight of my weekend? THE PEOPLE! ❤️

New friendships and beautiful connections with @jenniferdorie_ifbbpro , @britthamilton_ifbbpro , @tcrowellfit Alongside those already part of it, @elainegoodlad @shelbs_ifbbpro_ @drdove_ifbbpro @jamidebernard , @ari_ifbbpro @crystalomalza_ifbbpro and of course, my rock, my husband Brian. ❤️

I walked away with so much more than a placement. For that, I couldn’t be happier or more grateful! 🙏

I’m sharing this because maybe you’ve given your absolute BEST and still walked away questioning everything.

I SEE YOU. ❤️

It’s okay to feel disappointed. Just don’t let disappointment become defeat.

👉🏻THIS STORY ISN’T OVER. NOT EVEN CLOSE. 🔥

Have you ever experienced a loss that lit an even BIGGER fire in you? I’d love to hear your story. ❤️ @mariaromerobikinis made my most beautiful bikini ❤️❤️#ifbbproleague#bikinicompetitor#bikimiprep#bikinibodybuilding#mastersbikinicompetitor

BEST DAY OF THE YEAR 🎃✨

Homemade CIABATTA with NO KNEADING? Yes it’s possible!

Crispy golden crust, soft and airy inside, and that beautiful Italian bread smell in your kitchen.

I tested two versions: one ready the same day and another with 24 hours of fermentation. But is the extra wait really worth it? 👀

Comment RECIPE and I’ll send you the full recipe, step by step! 📩
