▶ Digital Common(s)
Digital Common(s) is a participatory design platform connecting citizens and professionals to co-create climate adaptive spaces. Its numerical engine combines low-barrier AI and spatial technology to develop a BIM-compatible database that translates citizens’ needs and ecological data into resilient urban solutions.
▶ ROBOZYME LIMITED
Robozyme has developed a simple and economical technology for the one-step production of immobilized enzymes directly inside bacteria. The team demonstrated the reusability of the biocatalysts through the production of a key chemical for bio-nylon manufacturing in an industrial bioreactor.
▶ SonoPilot
SonoPilot is a vision-language-action robotic platform for ultrasound-guided needle intervention, combining real-time needle localisation, clinician-interactive AI, and closed-loop robotic control. A functional prototype has been completed, achieving a 20% higher success rate than manual operation in evaluations.
▶ SOTA Robotics (HK) Limited
SOTA Robotics has developed Hong Kong's first embodied humanoid robot, equipped with high-DoF dexterous hands and powered by a proprietary multimodal AI skill extraction and emotion-oriented framework. The system can learn complex human skills from a small number of demonstrations—including real-airflow flute playing and expressive gestures.
▶ VasoLean HealthCare Limited
VasoASP is a science-based functional nutrition project that translates CUHK research on standardized Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract and Asperuloside into a new-generation cardiovascular health supplement. It focuses on vascular endothelial health and antioxidant nutritional support, integrating formulation development, quality control, compliant production.
