I’m excited to share something I’ve been working on for a long time. I created The 90-Day Body Transformation Program which is a complete system for sustainable fat loss (see link in my bio 👉 @drjamesdinic) It combines practical nutrition, effective training, habit-building strategies, and progress tracking all in one easy-to-follow guide. What You’ll Get: · A 90-day roadmap to sustainably lose weight and keep it off · Flexible nutrition using the simple hand-portion method (no obsessive tracking required) · How to calculate your calorie needs to sustainably lose weight · Full training programs (Full work out plans, lifting + cardio guidance) · Full meal plans at different calorie levels · What foods to eat and which to avoid to lose weight · Supplement recommendations, troubleshooting, and tracking tools · Lifetime access to the digital PDF Get The 90-Day Body Transformation Program via the link in my bio 👉 @drjamesdinic. PS - I started a Substack where I publish health articles. You definitely don’t want to miss out on this information. Subscribe to my Substack via the link in my Bio 👉 @drjamesdinic.
While 40 million Californians suffer through unprecedented drought, one billionaire couple owns a massive share of the state’s water system, largely seized in a series of secretive meetings two decades ago. That system was largely paid for by the very taxpayers whose water these billionaires hold hostage. The Resnicks are the biggest farmers in California–as of 2007 they owned four San Francisco’s worth of farmland. Nearly half of Americans buy at least one of their products: pistachios, POM pomegranate juice, mandarins, flowers, and more. It’s all under one massive umbrella: The Wonderful Company, a privately owned company worth at least 5 billion dollars. The majority owners, the Resnicks, are worth at least 8 billion. I was sadly missing Brady's senior night at his last home game at his school to be at #90sCon but the moms of the football players made sure I was still there in spirit! Love you B! And HUGE thanks to the Mustang Moms for finding a hilarious way to include me tonight!
