During our time in India, Brett and I were able to tour a spice market! Khari Baoli is one of the oldest and largest spice markets in Asia. Thanks to our amazing tour guide, we got a first hand experience of the market and even met one of the shop owners. The smells were strong, the streets packed, and the pathways twisted and curved in all directions. We saw merchants wheeling large canvas bags of whole spices by hand through the narrow streets. We followed up our trip with a rickshaw ride through the packed streets!
