When I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer at 26, I had no idea what the future held for me. I didn’t know if I’d grow old. I didn’t know what my life would look like a year later, much less 20 years later. This is my why. ❤️ When I look at this photo of my daughters, I think about how much life I didn’t know I had ahead of me. I couldn’t have imagined the family I’d have or the life I’d get to build. And I know there are people facing cancer right now who are wondering those same things about their future. If sharing what I’ve learned can help someone feel less lost, ask better questions, or discover options they didn’t know they had, then my experience can serve a purpose beyond my own story. That’s a big part of why I do what I do. If you’re facing cancer, or supporting someone you love, I’d be honored to be part of your team. I’m giving you a free 10-Day pass to all 10 SQUARE ONE modules from Oct. 13-23. It’s the kind of information I wish I’d had when I was diagnosed. 👉Comment GIFT and I’ll send you access. 📸: Circa 2012

Girlies, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀 and I’d love to treat one of you to this beautiful Bravissimo Shoulder Ease bra 🤍 Bravissimo kindly gifted it to me, but sadly it doesn’t fit, so I’d love to pass it on to another girly who’ll enjoy it or someone who’d like to gift it to a loved one! The back detail is so gorgeous ✨ It’s brand new and has only been tried on, in size [30HH]. For reference, I usually wear a 30HH and this was quite a bit too big for me. That’s my experience with the fit, so please check your size before entering 🫶🏻 To enter, like this post & leave a comment below 💌 No purchase necessary. Winner will be announced on Friday🩷 I’d love for a lovely girly to have a pretty bra if she doesn’t own one, I know how expensive bras are🥺 Thank you all so much for your support on my page so far it means the world 🌎

Comment INTERESTED if you want to know WHERE i did this. Not everything that heals you comes with scientific proof. 🌿 Ayurveda is over 5,000 years old. Millions of people swear by it. But does it really work? Ayurveda has been practised in India for thousands of years, and millions of people swear by its benefits. I’ve been exploring different Ayurvedic treatments, from traditional oil massages to Shirodhara, herbal therapies and more. Some of these practices can be deeply relaxing, and certain elements, like yoga and meditation, do have scientific evidence supporting their benefits. I do think there’s value in exploring traditional wisdom with an open mind. What do you think? Is Ayurveda ancient wisdom, modern wellness or a little bit of both?
