Sourdough pizza has entered the chat! And thanks to the @oonihq Koda 16, our patio just became my new favorite pizza spot!
It gets super hot for that bubbly, chewy, slightly charred crust I can never recreate in my regular oven.
First up had to be a classic margherita. Sourdough crust, italian tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil + good olive oil. Simple and SO good.
Shoutout to my local @acehardware for $150 off. Clearly I took that as my sign.

looks delicious! Try pushing out your dough with semolina rather than flour as it gives it a crunchy texture on bottom and crust.
