Your skin is your body’s largest organ, and your underwear sits against the most sensitive/ absorbent area of your body all day long.

Conventional fabrics can contain synthetic materials, dyes, and chemicals your skin can absorb over time (especially when hot or sweating).

Choosing cleaner fabrics can help support better breathability, comfort, and a lower-toxic lifestyle bc honestly we deserve better.

Welcome to episode 1 of 6. Save this because I’m reviewing five clean and boujee brands & giving my honest review. by @crunchyboujeebabe

This is what my skin looked like 4 months in! Want in?⬇️

Take a look at your products and check out the first ingredient…

Is it water? It’s not that water is bad, but when listed as the first ingredient in personal care items it most likely makes up 70% of your product, leaving little room for active ingredients…

I decided to try products that replace water with Hydroxytyrosol- a powerful elixir from mountain olive trees. It’s the molecule responsible for keeping trees alive for up to 4000 years and is one of the strongest antioxidants on the planet 😯🌳🫒✨. It’s transformed my skin in so many ways and more women need to know about this!

I used to think natural sheets were all the same, until I started looking into how fabrics are actually made.

Turns out there’s a lot more to consider than just how soft your sheets feel.

These GOTS certified sateen sheets have been such a beautiful addition to our bedroom.

Comment SHEETS and I’ll send you the details!

I really believe the difference between a good meal and one you can’t stop thinking about is often just the quality of the ingredients. And if you know me, you know I’m picky about olive oil.

Lately I’ve been reaching for @oliopiro. I love that it tastes fresh and grassy & it’s naturally high in polyphenols.

Good sourdough, fresh produce, flaky salt + really good olive oil… that’s my love language.

Sourdough pizza has entered the chat! And thanks to the @OoniHQ Koda 16, our patio just became my new favorite pizza spot.

It gets super hot for that bubbly, chewy, slightly charred crust I can never recreate in my regular oven.

First up had to be a classic margherita. Sourdough crust, italian tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil + good olive oil. Simple and SO good.

Shoutout to my local @acehardware for making this patio upgrade happen.

An afternoon learning about skin + microcurrent? I’m in.

I recently attended a masterclass at the new Skinset Studio, learning all about microcurrent + skin health from someone who really knows her stuff.

The owner Tera walked us through a mini facial and NuFACE tutorial. Since she actually developed the device (alongside her mom). Getting to learn the settings and more of the “why” behind how it works was such a cool experience.

The studio itself is beautiful and calming, with a focus on customized facials.

I love discovering local small businesses, getting to know the people behind them, and seeing them create experiences like this for the community.

And I have to say, my skin left feeling tighter, more lifted + glowy. by @crunchyboujeebabe
