The dress of my dreams 🤍 My mom said the second she was strong enough in between treatments, she wanted to go to New York together for dress shopping. The second we saw this Jimmy Choo Atelier gown in @bridalreflectionsny we knew it was the one! It was actually one of the first gowns I tried and it was truly everything I had hoped for, unique, grand, and timeless ✨
Come train glutes and hamstrings with me 🍑🍖 Everything felt extra heavy on this leg day, so I dropped some weights to focus on form and slow down the tempo. Progressive overload is the goal, but good reps will always come first 💪 Fuel: @tc.nutrition Batch27 pre-workout always 🚀⚡️ Workout Deets: * Seated leg curls 3x8–10 (I’ve been loving starting with these to warm up my knees before the rest of my workout) * Glute medius kickbacks 3x12 (also been loving doing these before my compound lifts to give my stubborn shelf as much energy as she needs) * Hip thrusts 3x8–10 (staple glute-building exercise, duh) * Romanian deadlifts 3x8–10 (another leg day staple, duh) Save this glute and hamstring workout for your next leg day 🫶 #fitnessmotivation #beginnergymtips #beginnerfriendly #womensbodybuilding #muscles
