September vs July 2026 on Healy Overlook trail looking towards the peak.... It's hard to imagine the color change until you see it in real life.
The northern tundra turns to brilliant shades of copper, gold, and crimson as autumn arrives in Alaska. Then as winter creeps the colors deepen as the temps drop before the white snow covers it up.
