The Legend of Korra: The Long Game is an upcoming graphic novel trilogy from Dark Horse Books that will explore the lingering secrets of the Red Lotus and the threats that continue to endanger the peace established after the events of The Legend of Korra. Serving as a continuation of the Turf Wars and Ruins of the Empire trilogies, the story sees Avatar Korra and Team Avatar confront a complex conspiracy as familiar adversaries resurface. Among the returning threats are Zaheer, the anarchist leader of the Red Lotus, and Tokuga, the spirit-mutated triad boss who previously challenged Korra and her allies. As Korra investigates a conspiracy rooted in the past, her allies must also adapt to new responsibilities. Bolin, for instance, takes on an official role as a White Lotus sentry tasked with guarding imprisoned threats. The trilogy will be written by Avatar franchise co-creator Michael Dante DiMartino (@mike_dante_d), with Alexandria Monik (@alexandria.monik.art) providing the artwork. Additional members of the creative team are yet to be announced. The project was officially announced during the Avatar publishing panel at New York Comic Con 2026. Pricing and a specific release date have yet to be confirmed.
Comment “PROGRAM” and I’ll send you the details👇👇👇 One of the biggest misconceptions I see in the T1D healthcare space is that exercise, blood sugars, mindset, tech, nutrition, insulin sensitivity, and body composition are all separate things. People come to @riselyhealth wanting to: • lower A1C and improve TIR • build muscle • have less sticky highs • workout without having to stop because of a low • have more food freedom But these aren’t separate goals. They’re all connected by the same underlying systems. For example… If you’re constantly going low during exercise, you’re more likely to under-dose insulin, over-treat lows, avoid certain workouts, or feel frustrated enough to stop exercising consistently. If your insulin sensitivity is low, you’ll often need more insulin to manage meals, spend more time correcting highs, and feel like you’re working harder than your results reflect. If your blood sugars are unpredictable, it becomes harder to recover well, train consistently, trust your body, and make decisions confidently. This is why our Exercise & Insulin Sensitivity Coaching Program isn’t just an exercise program. Over 8 weeks, we help people understand how exercise, insulin, nutrition, recovery, hormones, inflammation, blood sugars, and body composition all influence one another so they can finally stop guessing and start making decisions with confidence. You’ll be supported by our team of National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches who live with T1D themselves, plus our Registered Dietitian, who will help you better understand insulin resistance, nutrition, metabolism, energy, cravings, and body composition. The goal isn’t to give you more information overwhelm. The goal is to help you understand how to work with your body. Applications close TOMORROW, Friday at 12 PM EST and we kick off next week🎉 We already have 35 T1Ds enrolled in the program and have 5 spots left!
Bro people are waiting for you. Leave the house. Before you ask, top from @sanaguptalabel not an ad and yes her stuff is amazing
TOMORROW. 9AM PST ☄️
@male 😭 - College football is one of the biggest traditions in American sports, bringing together generations of fans who passionately support their universities. From packed stadiums and marching bands to intense rivalries and dramatic game-winning plays, the atmosphere often feels unlike anything else in sports. Programs like Alabama, Ohio State, Michigan, and Notre Dame have built historic legacies, with championship success and rivalries that span decades. For many players, college football is also a pathway to the NFL, giving fans a chance to watch future professional stars before they reach the next level. Beyond the games themselves, Saturdays in the fall have become a major part of campus culture, alumni traditions, and communities across the country.
