Hey looks great ! Is the chef/ owner Tony ?? I met you a year or so ago at the bar at Wicked Oyster - you talked about opening this place - you were going to make a “clam dog” thought it was a great idea ! Did you ever put it on menu ?? My husband and I are both semi retired chefs ! Your menu looks great will get in for dinner soon ! I actually make a clam/potato/ shrimp & linguica dog - idea inspired by you !! Will bring you one when we get down there ! Best of luck with your venture !!!

A autumnal post gym reset routine to get me fixed uppp - with some lunch inspo courtesy of the new coach feature on @myfitnesspal (code BETH15 to save on premium features)

It takes into account meals I’ve been tracking regularly and helps me come up with fresh ideas when I’m stuck eating the same things on repeat.

Because i’m now pushing my 30s, ya girl needs all the help she can get with recovery, including eating GOOD, looking after myself and making a little extra time for some post gym TLC 🫶🏼

Happy Birthday Aishwarya Rai Bachchan the best wife and the bestest mother of all time

During Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s 50th birthday celebration (which was combined with a charity event), her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan delivered a heartwarming public speech that touched many hearts. Standing right beside her mother, Aaradhya praised her selfless and charitable contributions to the media and paparazzi.
Aaradhya's sweet words for her mother were:
