Sometimes the right home is also a return to a place that has always felt like yours.
Congratulations to my clients on closing this week on 1A at 219 Union Street.
They explored a variety of Brooklyn neighborhoods, but when we drove through the one they had once called home, their energy shifted. That moment helped confirm what a wish list or floor plan could not: this was where they wanted to be.
After several competitive bidding scenarios, they found the right fit—and a meaningful return to Brooklyn.
Grateful for my clients’ trust, my dear friend and trusted referral partner Stacie Staub of West + Main Homes, and to the listing agent , Heather McMaster of The Corcoran Group for a professional, collaborative transaction.
