From last month..

Seeing these guys is always borderline a religious experience to me. They've only gotten better and more refined with time, but still have all the emotion and chaotic energy of 20+ years ago. Dal's vocals are truly ethereal. And the songs have taken on so much meaning throughout my adult life

I'll always travel to see #theonlybandever and I treat every show like it'll be my last time seeing them

I’m honestly so surprised by how she just charged right in, but over the past couple of days, Gracie really has started to find her confidence and spunk! She’s got a pep in her step and a newfound curiosity that tells us she’s feeling better, but also that she’s starting to feel safe🥹

I don’t think Gracie is taking her guard dog duties too seriously😂 She fell asleep in approximately 60 seconds after getting her sniffs in around the camper and taking down a whole bowl of food haha! Once her head hit that fuzzy blanket, it was siesta time… and probably the best siesta of her life🥲

I never thought I’d run three races in a month, 3 weeks apart so I was questioning my life haha honestly taking this party pace and mentally wrapping my head around “we’re having fun “ Vs
“we’re racing and chasing the a pr” felt less stressful and made it such a fun experience!!!!!!
